Caramel Corn

Caramel Corn

Boil for 5 minutes:
2 c. brown sugar
2 cubes margarine
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt

Take off stove and add:
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla.

Pour over:
6 quarts (24 c.) popped corn

Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, turning occasionally
