2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. melted butter
Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil and melted butter.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip chicken into egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place in greased, glass baking dish.
Cook at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with whole wheat pasta and marinara sauce.
